Al Stern is in his 80's but is still tuning pianos and enjoying his player piano at home.
In his spare time he paints beautiful pictures of flowers and landscapes. If you drop in for a visit, you may leave with a gift of a framed painting!

- Throughout my professional life I always had goals and objectives but one of them was NOT TO GROW OLD!!!! I have found, however, that age has advantages. It brings retirement with time to do what I want to do and when I want to do it. A major part of my professional life centered around the study, teaching and application of psychology. I dealt with students and friends who had many types of cognitive gifts so I now like to refer to those who are a little advanced in years as chronologically gifted. On this blog I want to share pictures and reports of such people and how they are continuing to use these gifts.
